Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love your Alcanstrada product. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free 100-day return policy.

1. Return Window

You may return any item within 100 days of the delivery date, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at returns@alcanstrada.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unused and in the same condition you received it
• Be in the original packaging
• Include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or items returned without prior authorisation may not be eligible for a refund.

4. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

5. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

6. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

• Items that are returned more than 100 days after delivery
• Items that show obvious signs of use
• Items with missing parts or packaging

7. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product for a different colour or model, please contact us at returns@alcanstrada.com. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

8. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@alcanstrada.com. We will arrange a free return and send you a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.

9. EU Right of Withdrawal
