Alcanstrada sells premium Alcantara® phone cases and accessories. Our store is operated via Shopify and we are registered in the European Union.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

3. Products

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

4. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price at the time of your order is the price you will be charged.

5. Orders

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, for example in the case of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

6. Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Klarna, and other payment methods as listed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your full payment details.

7. Shipping

8. Returns & Refunds

Alcantara® is a registered trademark of Alcantara S.p.A. Alcanstrada uses Alcantara® material under licence. Unauthorised use of the Alcantara® trademark is prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alcanstrada shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the European Union and the country in which Alcanstrada is registered. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that country.
